Does it need any special permissions?利用に特別な権限は必要ですか？

No. It works without Accessibility, Screen Recording, or any other permission — it uses macOS's built-in CoreGraphics display APIs.不要です。アクセシビリティや画面収録などの権限なしで動作します（macOS 標準の CoreGraphics ディスプレイ API を使用）。

Some menu items are greyed out — why?メニューの一部がグレーアウトして選べません。なぜですか？

Arrangement, mirroring, and main-display swap are available only with exactly one external display (two total). They're disabled with a single display, three or more, or while mirroring. Resolution switching is always available.配置・ミラーリング・メイン切替は、外部ディスプレイ1台（合計2枚）の接続時のみ有効です。1枚のみ・3枚以上、またはミラーリング中は無効化されます（解像度の変更は常に利用可）。
